To create a listing on the directory, all stylists are required to submit accurate license information, including:

• Expiration date

Stylists are fully responsible for:

• Providing correct and current licensing details

• Maintaining an active license

• Complying with all laws and regulations related to their profession

No License Verification Guarantee

While Hairstylist Search requires stylists to submit license information as part of the listing process, we do not currently conduct real-time or automated license verification with state licensing boards.

Stylists are solely responsible for providing accurate, current, and lawful licensing information and for maintaining an active license as required by their jurisdiction.

Hairstylist Search reserves the right to request additional documentation, review, suspend, or remove listings if license information appears inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, or is reported by users or authorities.

Clients understand and agree that:

•Stylists provide their own license information

•Hairstylist Search does not guarantee the validity of any license

•Clients should independently verify any credentials they consider important before booking

Hairstylist Search is not liable for expired, falsified, or inaccurate license information submitted by stylists.

5. Payments, Billing & Memberships

If paid membership tiers are offered, stylists agree to pay all associated fees. All sales are final unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to modify pricing or features at any time.

Stylists are responsible for the accuracy of all content they upload, including:

• Photos

• Descriptions

• Specialties

• Pricing

• Availability

We may remove or edit content that:

• Is inappropriate

• Violates our content guidelines

However, we are not obligated to review or monitor listings.
